You'll find in this section kanji classified by their grade:

- Jouyou 1 (first year),
- Jouyou 2 (second year),
- Jouyou 3 (third year),
- Jouyou 4 (4th year),
- Jouyou 5 (5th year),
- Jouyou 6 (6th year).

- Jouyou.

You can search by selecting the desired option in the dropdown menu:

- Kanji: If you copy and paste a kanji, select the kanji option.
- On-Reading or Kun-Reading: If you want to see which kanji are read like that (you must type in japanese.
- You can search by typing an english meaning, a number of strokes, or the unicode value.
- You can search by typing the KLD (Kanji Learner Dictionary) number. For people who don't know it, it's an excellent dictionary made by Jack Halpern (Many thanks to Mr Halpern for his great work!).
If you click on a kanji, you can see more details (like kanji strokes order [video!], compound words, etc...).
